In 2018, I worked full-time. The Waterford Regional Leaders Programme started. I signed up as a mentee. Meeting the mentors was of huge benefit to me. I also loved the networking that came with the group events. At the end of 2019, I made the huge jump into self-employment. I am now a mentor on this programme. It feels good to give back to the community. I look forward to meeting the 7 mentees assigned to me and seeing their business and career development over the year.
